OVERVIEW

We've Taken Our Inspiration From Historic Bath, England.

Madison Crescent takes its inspiration from the town of Bath in Somersetshire, England. Interestingly, Bath was the world's first planned community. A curvilinear spine runs through the Madison Crescent community leading to and from Crescent Park. People who live, work or are visiting can enjoy a concert or community event in the park or simply find a relaxing spot for lunch or to catch up with friends. There is a strong sense of community at Madison Crescent. Residents can say hello to neighbors as they walk to the grocery store. Office workers will enjoy easy access to convenient shops.

Madison Crescent may be modeled after an historic town, but this is indeed a very modern neighborhood. It is this combination of familiar architectural detail with state-of-the-art building designs that provide value to the businesses and individual residents. Plans for Madison Crescent will include the following:

43 Acres Of Opportunity

242,000 square feet of office space
120-room, 160,000 square foot hotel and conference center
124,000 square feet of retail space
  144 residential town homes
  12 live/work residences
  60 single family homes
