Miller and Smith Joins Harris Teeter As Key Ingredients At Madison Crescent.

The news at Madison Crescent is very exciting. Upscale grocer, Harris Teeter, has signed on to build a 52,000 square foot grocery store. And homebuilders, Miller and Smith, will be building residential town homes and single family homes. 

Grand Opening Scheduled for Fall 2007.

Madison Crescent is well on its way. Construction is progressing and the Marketplace
at Madison Crescent is scheduled for a Grand Opening in Fall 2007. Soon, the
Western Gateway to Prince William County will come to life.
