The RMJ Development Group, LLC, is a multi-disciplinary regional real estate development firm with headquarters in McLean, Virginia. Our focus is the development of high quality mixed-use communities, commercial properties, multi-family properties, and land development. Collectively, the principlals of RMJ have been involved in the development of a variety of commercial/office parks and mixed-use projects, as well as over 1700 units of age-qualified, active adult condominiums, over 10,000 units of market rate rental housing and over 3500 single-family homes.
