Six New Tenants Join the Marketplace at Madison Crescent!

A 43-Acre Mixed Use Village Featuring Upscale Retail, Offices and Residences
in Western Prince William County

McLean, VA. [March 3, 2008]. Shoppers in Western Prince William County will have several new dining and retail destinations opening soon at The Marketplace at Madison Crescent located at the intersection of James Madison Highway (Rt 15) and Lee Highway (Rt 29) in Gainesville, Virginia.

The Marketplace is part of a new mixed-use village offering upscale retail, office and residential opportunities. Joining grocery anchor Harris Teeter are new tenants Citigroup/SmithBarney; Desiderio Italian Restaurant; Atlantic Billiards & Spas;Seasons Cards & Gifts; Avalon Nails; and Sleepy’s, The Mattress Professionals. All are scheduled to open for business in the spring.
